INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 32 Ounces of Shredded Cheese cut into large cubes
  • 2 Cans (14.5 ounces each) Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with  Green Chilies, Not Drained
  • 2- 3 Jalepeños Seeded and Finely Diced

PREPARATION:

For The Slow Cooker:

  • Combine Cheese, Tomatoes and Jalepeños in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook LOW for 2-3 hours or on HIGH for 1 hour, or until cheese is melted.

For the Microwave:

  • Combine Cheese, Tomatoes and Jalepeños in a large microwave safe bowl.
  • Cook on HIGH for about 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through.

For the Stovetop:

  • Combine Cheese, Tomates and Jalepeños in a large pot.
