Los Cantores Recipe Corner: Pico De Gallo Recipe
- 4 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 Red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green hot peppers or jalapeño peppers (finely chopped)
- 1/5 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 1 Lime
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt.
- Serve right away or cover and refrigerate overnight. When serving, plate dish with Los Cantores Tortilla Chips.
